Acceptance – When you place an order through our site, you have agreed to all the terms and conditions and must abide by them.
Prices – All prices are quoted in £ GBP
Delivery – We aim to dispatch any orders within the stated times, shipping options and turnarounds are stated in terms of working days. It is the costumer’s responsibility to make sure that all contact details which include the delivery address are correct and that the customer is able to accept the delivery at the address given.
Return Policy – Personalised items will only be permitted for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty.
Garments – The garments offered on the website are subject to availability. Garment sizes given on the website are provided by the manufacturer. They are reasonably accurate; however, they are given as a guide only. We are unable to refund or exchange any orders where an incorrect size has been ordered. Garment images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be accurately represent the actual garment due to limitations of the web display processes.
Order Amendments- When an order has been placed the customer accepts the order is final if the customer decides to change their mind with anything they must contact Hanaan within one hour before it goes into production.
